working in the media is pretty.. interesting. tiring, definitely. oh well..

by the way, i saw this pair of shoes on the web. the back flap can be personalised and there's a pick holder!! :D my shoes are pretty worn down. not sure if i should get them.. hmmmmmmmmmsxzsxzsx. maybe not. it's expensive. shall save the monehhh.

finally, tmr is saturday. can't wait to get to church and rest in the presence of God..

i'm sick and tired of hearing people blame the church for not making a difference. that was never meant to be the case. looking at all these crimes, i'm starting to wonder why is there so much evil in this world. after digging into the pasts of these sick and demented people, i've realised that all they need is some love, just like us. who are we to condemn? if only we learnt how to look past all the flaws, and loved them just as Jesus did, maybe they would have turned out different.

and how can we just sit back and watch all this happen?

that's why i'm going to fight for it. starting now.

boomz. internship is boomz. i'm dead tired after the first day. my brain is completely fried. but it's ok. because i know that i will come out stronger. God's gonna help me through this.

and i've gotta use my dad's tiny laptop till my laptop's healed. which hopefully will be soon. till then, my eyes shall be strained with facing the computer for 9 hours doing research and project pitching every day. at times like this, i wished that i could ship my iMac to the office. but i shall not! hahahaha. selfishness ftw.

it's no doubt that everyone at ochre is nice. i'm just not used to the working style, or rather, working life in general. nontheless, praise God. it's a rare opportunity. might as well make full use of it.

wokay.. presentation and rendering is finally done. the test video is up on youtube. not fantastic though. edited it in like 15mins.. or half an hour.

but looking at the other DIY steadicams, this looks kinda.. err.. lol. acceptable though. i'm quite happy with it. this is the orignal merlin steadicam that we wanted to do.. but i guess it can't hold the weight of the P2 and the XD cam. it would be great to use this with roving camera during third service though. hmmm. oh well, when i get the time, money and resource i guess.

shu hui helped me make a fake wound and bruise. haha! scared the crap out of the people on the bus. LOL. i have it on my iPhone and somehow i'm unable to upload it to my iMac. it's weird how i can upload it to my windows (which is currently down ):) but not on my mac. oh wellszx.

on the other hand, i guess it's time to move on. i'll give it another shot..

i can run but i can't hide right?

it's late and though i have a presentation tmr, or rather later, i don't know why i'm not sleeping yet.

everything is done and i'm pretty satisfied with the video, though it is mostly made up of master motion templates. the steadicam is pretty awesome.

so after tmr, i can finally relax for about a few more days before SIP begins. i hope that i'm prepared for this.

i cannot seem to concentrate on doing the steadicam. arghszx. need to quickly get my butt down to doing it. looking at the complicated gimbal device and everything just makes me totally unwilling to start doing it..

oh well. as least i managed to clean up my room and practise with motion and photoshop. i'm completely handicapped when it comes to photoshop.. zzz. oh well. everything takes practice.

procrastination much.
